01 · Engineering challenge

Understand thermal behavior before production decisions were locked.

The hardware combined processing, power, RF, and enclosure constraints. The work required repeatable testing that could separate meaningful thermal changes from configuration and setup noise.

  • Support engineering, design, and production builds
  • Capture component temperatures under controlled loads
  • Translate data into practical engineering decisions

From test bench to design review

I learn fastest when the engineering has to work in the real world.

About Renato

Curiosity started with an RC car.

When my father gave me my first RC car, I wanted to understand it as much as I wanted to drive it. Taking it apart showed me how mechanical and electrical components could work together as one system.

That curiosity now drives my interest in mechanical design, thermal validation, robotics, manufacturing, and product development. Growing up in Ecuador and studying engineering in the United States has also taught me to adapt quickly, listen carefully, and keep learning when the problem is unfamiliar.
